Turkey & Broccoli Stromboli - A Recipe in Review




Turkey & Broccoli Stromboli 
Another great recipe by Rachael Ray.  This one was a little more time consuming than yesterdays lettuce wraps but just as yummy.  
What I would suggest: I seasoned my ground turkey with Mrs. Dash Italian Blend.  I also bought a frozen pizza dough ball.  Not only was it less expensive than the dough in a tube, I got 16 ounces vs. the 12 ounces in the tube.  Not to mention it has less fat and preservatives in it.  I thought it cooked much better than the tube as well.
My family loved it and as we were eating it they were all coming up with other ways we could make them (ham and cheese, lasagna stuffed, etc.)  Its safe to say they have all been enjoying dinner lately and I've been enjoying cooking!
