3 Ingredient Healthy Cookies
In our house the boys and I love making cookies, what I don't like is all the time that goes into making them. It would also be great if we could make them a little bit more healthy too.
The recipe below is easy fun and you can pretty much make your 3rd Ingredient anything you like from chocolate chips to coconut flakes.
These cookies are good for little sweet treat or a great quick breakfast on the go.
Ingredients:
- 2 Bananas Mashed
- 1 Cup of Whole Wheat Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/4 Cup of Mini Chocolate Chips or Coconut or Mini White Chocolate Chips etc.
Mix in a bowl well. Make them into oatmeal balls, line on non stick baking sheet.
Cook on 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Once you take them from the oven, use a spatula to flatten them to resemble more of a traditional circular cookie. I let my boys do this part, they get a kick out of "smashing" the cookies.
